Where do you ship to?

At the moment, we can only process orders for delivery within Canada and the US.

How long does it take to prepare my order before shipping?

Order preparation typically takes between 3-7 business days. This includes order processing, quality checks, and packaging to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition.

What are the shipping options available?

We offer two shipping options within Canada: Express (1-2 business days) and Standard (3-9 business days). For orders to the United States, delivery times may vary between 4-9 business days.

During the checkout process, you can select your preferred shipping method.

How can I measure my ring size?

One of the common methods to measure your ring size at home, start by wrapping a piece of string or a thin strip of paper around the base of the finger you want to wear the ring on. Mark the point where the string or paper overlaps and measure the length in millimeters. Use the chart or guide to find your corresponding ring size.

As we currently don’t carry full range of sizes, I f you find that your measurement falls between two ring sizes, it's often recommended to choose the larger size for comfort, especially if the ring is wide or has a snug fit design.

Will you be adding more sizes in the future?

Absolutely! Our goal is to expand our size range to include more options. We are actively working on adding additional sizes and will make announcements as new sizes become available.


In the meantime, we welcome your input and requests. Your feedback helps us prioritize which sizes and styles to add in the future. Feel free to reach out to with your suggestions and preferences!

Will limited-quantity styles be restocked?

As we're still in the process of expanding our offerings, we can't guarantee which specific styles will continue in the long term. However, our goal is to ensure that most of our signature collection remain available in our store. We appreciate your support and patience as we grow and develop our collections.
